What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They are used to remember your preferences, help a site function correctly, and help the operator understand how the site is being used.
What we use
We try to keep cookie use to a minimum. On compass.founderland.org we currently use:
- Strictly necessary storage. A single
localStoragevalue,compass-cookie-ack, stored on your device when you dismiss the cookie banner, so we don't show it again. - Typeform (on the /try page only). When you open the assessment, Typeform loads its embed and may set its own cookies to run the form, remember your progress, and detect abuse. See Typeform's privacy policy for details.
- Google Fonts. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts. Google may log basic request data (such as your IP address and user agent) when the font files are fetched.
We do not currently set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
Your choices
Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies and site storage from their settings. You can also use private/incognito browsing if you prefer not to have storage persist between sessions. Blocking cookies from Typeform may prevent the assessment from loading correctly.
Changes
If we add new analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this page and — where required — ask for your consent before they load.
